Stats suggest that is not true Alon, as someone below said 44 out of 48 managers didn't want take a turn doing divisional reviews.

What is a fair payment for division reviews Alon?  State your price, and ask to take a turn?

Someone gets participation cash for posting EPL predictions that has no relevance to Sesl whatsoever.   Would you continue doing EPL predictions next season and forfeit any participation payments?  If not, why not? 

I'm OK with EPL thing as it create interaction, so I mention it only as a comparison.

I think Alon is a top top manager who has turned ALB around in recent seasons and will win Div 1 next season or two. 

My participation is down this season also - that is MY fault, and not the economy of Sesl or due to "overpayments" to active managers who keep the community feel going in my humble opinion.
