Maybe add a low SL older chap to your squad to allow a little rotation and rest to key players.

Advice? Maybe pick one match from a Saturday to go Top 11, and then rest in the other match.  Pick your battles on which match to win.  This is not a long term strategy be may get you 1 or 3 points most sessions.
