and before a minute before midnight on day of match 34

Managers will post on Notebook (just once ideally) the week of match 34.
Detailling the players and value of retiree's with a total.

Commish will add cash in full on 4th January of the players retired.

Again this season: after match 34 there is no requirement to buy an apprentice as it's just a straight cash-in.

Any player age 4+ with SL12 or less is eligable to be cashed in.
