happening 8th July 2023 - for cash towards apprentice

1. this will be offered on 3 occasions in season 54
 an extra option after match 34 when no apprentice needs bought.
2. only players SL12 or less can be cashed in for apprentices
3. managers will retire players themselves  (on the Sunday after match 34)

Managers will post on Notebook (just once ideally) the week before match 34 if they wish.
Detailling the players and value of retiree's with a total.

Commish will add cash in full of the players being retired on the Saturday of match 34.

New this season: after match 34 there is no requirement to buy an apprentice as it's just a straight cash-in.

Any player age 4+ with SL12 or less is eligable to be cashed in.
Age 4 players at 15k per SL
Age 5 players at 11k per SL
Age 6 players at  8k per SL
Age 7+ players at 6k per SL
