Commish->Images->Choose file off your phone. I used Gallery (might be a Sansung app) to crop and resize as small as possible and select the team from drop down. Upload
The trickiest part was getting it to show: I then held my finger on the image until another window opened and selected "open in new tab) then i hit refresh, closed browser and reopened it. This us on a Samsung using Chrome.
