Rob Lye (TNS)YES based on effort
Les Lithgo (NHL)YES based on effort
Roy Rolsten (LD)YES based on effort  How about rewarding 2 sides in Div 2 and 1 side in div 1 who finished outside the McBride with the fewest NMRs? So a side finishing bottom but who NMR'd 5-6 times doesn't get rewarded when the side above them only NMR'd twice.
Colin Scott (OPT)NO  Budget. Stop paying over the odds for, at best, average players at auction. You'll have loads of cash.
Dan Fitzgerald (SFR)Other  I think a robin hood rule could be put in place but no more than that.
David Campbell (GCK)YES based on effort  strong teams keep getting stronger so anti-competitive
Leon Permentier (BUS)YES  Maybe with more money or more cp/tps the poorer teams can close the gap. If more teams are closer in skill levels then it makes for a more interesting league. Check ODFL div 1 for closeness.
Richard Burnett (DUB)NO  given that we get 3 players each, maybe the only thing to consider would be one extra player if the team really falls behind otherwise its a case of a longer period of rebuilding to be carried out?
James White (NJN)Other  Only if they have been run into the ground helplessly. Automatic payouts because you are last shouldn't be.
Stephen Williams (ITP)NO
Paul Cockayne (DB)NO
Derek Purvis (SXS)YES based on effort
Josh Fitzgerald (FCB)YES based on effort
Simon Bijker (BIB)YES  CSI is in big trouble. Help me.
