We did not train OTF for Fort Lauderdale this season.

I didn't even noticed what OTF we had before to be honest.

So I'm ok if we want to take it down to 3.

Fort Lauderdale now has 5. But didn't win any last season so did they use their 5 CP during the season?

I see these are +3 OTF but I thought OTF was set at 1? If bot, can we use CP on OTF?
