Think "The Magnificent One" had too much Rum when he predicted promotion for last season . Now he has given it up possibly he will get this team going .
Some preseason trading has added to the team strength , but pushed up the age of the squad . .Promotion is possible , but going up to Div 1 with an ageing squad could be a problem . Will need to be on the lookout for some younger players to bring into the squad ..
JUNE 2021
The team nearly made it ,3rd place but lost in play off .
Considering our Top11 & Top 17 it was a great achievement , but have to do it all over again . Not sure with the new influx from Langley that we got the quality that we need .
The Young Dewar done well with the team wining the league & cup , but I need him to focus next season on developing the new players for Vancouver . Do not think the current squad is good enough to push for promotion in the coming season....time will tell
Robin is a rather large Scottish guy , now somewhat ancient ...(70)
Lives alone down in Welsh Wales .. where pace of life is slow ,
bit like Cornwall in Winter.

Not much changed at home , got myself yet another Merc , bigger and faster LOL . Did manage to hit my faith healers gate pillar whilst driving in , she can work wonders on me , but not much on my poor Merc .
The virus has restricted me a bit ,my Boys will not let me out , so no more daily jog to end of my drive , that puts an end to my hopes of competing in London Marathon..I have applied to go on "The Circle" , been accepted subject to interview (oct) so CV-19 has given me plenty of opportunity to prepare for that

2020 what a shit year .Covid-19 has alot to answer for , take precautions, but is taht enough and when will it end. Formed an online discussion group
about covid , also introduced various quizzes to lighten the mood and all went well for 6 months until 1 new member started bad mouthing members talking about Covid , claiming it was FLU . He killed off the group and eventually ended in August !!
On a brighter note I bought yet another Mercedes some what faster than the last , but with restrictions in place limited as to where I go ...DOH .At my ripe old age Football has come back into my life, been on radio several times and now in talks with Addidas about my new idea ....watch this space ..I hope !

This year has been shit , only surprise is that I am still here .

Somehow managed to aquire yet another Mercedes ! Put mine in for a service , got a call next day .
"got some bad news> sold your car !!" good news "got you another one "..DOH only wanted a service . This one, E350 is quick ,top speed 140 ! but more interest 0>60 3.4 sec ..now that I like , piss off these boy racers at lights :)
Not so mobile now, have to use walking stick , difficult in pulling the young girls , have to go down old folks home and see what is on offer there !
