Roxborough Indians was founded in 1971 in the outskirts of Philadelphia ,it caters for both boys and girls and allows them to play from the age of 8 up to 19 when some hope to attract the bigger league clubs if not in America then possibly Europe ,we play in the traditional kit of blue/yellow striped shirts ,blue shorts and blue and yellow hooped socks-our away kit consists of white shirts,yellow shorts and yellow and white hooped socks .Our home stadium is Salvatore Pachella Fields which consists of a full size turf stadium and an all weather 3G outdoors stadium which enables games to play whatever the weather,indoor gym ,sauna, jacuzzi and function facilities complete the set up.
Season 14
A successful 1st season finishing 9th winning 10 drawing 7 losing 6 scoring 29 and conceeding 18 amassing 37 points.Most games played was 22 by 2 players Greg Jordan and Micheal Farfan, most minutes played was Zach Pfiefer with 1515, bad boy with 16 DP, s was Tigg and top goalscorers with 8 each was Aaron Wheeler and Jack McInerney. We will draft in some new faces to replace those who go to the upper leagues.
Season 15 : we start by releasing 5 players that have not fulfilled their potential and will go to other junior clubs,we wish them well for the future,Jeff Parke,Antoine Hoppenet , Daniel Cruz,Brian Carroll ,Mike Harrison-our talent scout has been busy and it looks like he will draft in 8 new faces for this season.
Well a poor season,started with poor drafts,our T11 of 17.5 (only 23rd in division)and T17 of 14.9 (only 23rd in division) saw us win 4 draw 6 and lose 13 scoring 16 goals and conceeding 31 totalling 18 points.Hopefully with an earlier draft we can pick some quality players.

season 16 update
Son of the Philadelphia Union boss Rob jnr hopes to emulate his father and win honours in the junior leagues,he has all the coaching qualifications including UEFA which he achieved from his 18 month spell coaching at the welsh champions The New Saints.1st year aims are to develop at least 6 young stars who will move into the OASL and hopefully represent Philadelphia Union
