A tricky weekend to start us off, there three very difficult results to predict. Only one of the 22 entrants backed Raith Rovers to beat Fraserburgh, and only two picked the draw between Saint Johnstone and Motherwell. One manager did reckon that Deveronvale would win against the odds at Peterhead, but then he foolishly changed his mind. Silly me!
Four of you managed to start the season with a handy six points so its 25k each to Andrew at Motherwell, Willy at Forfar, Eduard at Dundee and Alan at Cowdenbeath.

I sympathise, William - it often seems that the dice are loaded against me too. There is a lot of randomness in the match engine - too much in my view - but it isn't biased against Edinburgh or East Fife in particular, even if it feels like that. The luck will even out in the end...
