I agree that we should remove the rule that say you need to have 750k to buy 20cp's, you should be able to spend what you have as that is your budget. I sold a player to get extra cash in and that upset some mangers as the deal was not up to what they thought it should be.

We could open the transfer markets earlier to allow teams to try and raise money to spend in pre-season.
