My fault was not giving clear rules on tied bids, so apologies to the 3 guys.
I agree with Colin and Paul tied bids ought pay the full amount, so Div 2 lot 5 QOS & STJ pay higher 75k amount, and Div 3 lot 2 has DFA & ABE paying higher 75k amount too. As a result, FAL claim lot 3 for 1k as noted by Mark B on follow up blog.
